but prospers and is busy. Location, reputation and sound business sense

Now, Irving's is to change hands once more. Having been run almost
entirely on a "nights only" basis the accounts show a demonstrably
strong capability to thrive and grow - if other shifts (morning and
afternoon) were adopted. Past retiring age, Keith and Shirley have
decided to let someone take the next step with Irving's and finish what
they started over the next decade.
